Delivery Information General Terms

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the event of a delay in your order, you will be notified of the same within our order processing window.

Currently we are only able to deliver to locations up to 50KM of our location in Seksyen U9 Shah Alam, depending on product type. To check if we are able to deliver to your location before making an order, reach out to us in the chat or drop us an email at ask@groweatwell.com.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Delivery rates are specified in our product listing and upon checkout and vary according to product family.

Local Delivery

Deliveries are made from 10:00am – 3:30pm on Monday - Saturday. We will contact you via Telegram or WhatsApp with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange an agreeable time and date for delivery. Deliveries outside our service hours will be considered on a case-to-case basis.

We offer deliveries up to a 50KM radius from our location in Seksyen U9 Shah Alam, depending on product type. Should you be just outside our radius but would like to place an order, do reach out to us for assistance.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at AMPM Growell Sdn Bhd, Lot 7840, Jalan Monterez Golf Club, Seksyen U9, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30am – 5:30pm on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you should you wish to visit our store for in-store pickup.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ask@groweatwell.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O Boxes to ensure you receive optimum quality of our goods.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@groweatwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
